CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the forfeit of your deposit.
NO SHOWS
A no show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled session. In the event of a no show, 100% of the session fee will be charged and is non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit .
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible.
More than 48 hours’ notice
Your booking may be transferred to a new available date at no additional cost.
Less than 48 hours’ notice
A $50 rescheduling fee applies before a new date can be confirmed.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day rescheduling
A $100 rescheduling fee applies before a new date can be confirmed.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that emergencies happen. At our discretion, we may offer flexibility in genuine cases (e.g. illness or unforeseen events), however this is not guaranteed.
